ABOUT CATE

Cate Fulkerson is a consensus builder and experienced C level executive with a proven track record of ethical, strategic, and common-sense approach to problem solving. Cate is highly skilled in developing creative and innovative initiatives to address issues and requirements likely to impact a multi-faceted organization. As a collaborative facilitator and team player, Cate is strongly committed to developing organizational integrity and establishing and maintaining strong partnerships with key individuals and staffs in public, private, and non-profit sectors.  In the Washington, DC metropolitan area Cate is known as a compassionate, no-nonsense leader of people and programs, with the business acumen to understand the value of visioning as well as the nuances associated with successful change management.  Her executive experience includes board governance, integrating diverse backgrounds values and perspectives to successfully develop and implement strategic goals and projects. 

 

     

Cate has a BA from Washington College and a Master of Public Administration from George Mason University.  Cate is a Certified Manager of Community Associations by the Community Associations Institute and has been listed in Who’s Who in America since 2015.
